You may have already seen it, but on the White House website is a page with numerous petitions which average Americans like you and I can electronically sign.  Supposedly after the petitions reach a certain number of thousands, the President’s staff will take up and work whatever issue the petition addresses.  I found out about this web page from the Drudge Report’s story on it.  One of the issues that many of the petitions are addressing currently is the secession from the union of various states.  There are petitions for roughly half the U.S. states and each one has already garnered tens of thousands of signatures. I think most are signing as a protest over the very questionable elections.  You may believe that the vote was free and fair.  We'll just have to agree to disagree on that point.  I have read and examined many of the various reports of voter fraud uncovered before the election even started, public boasts of Democrat officials who said they were going to do "whatever it takes" to get Obama re-elected, and the bizarre numbers reported in all the Democrat controlled precincts which did not require valid identification to vote.  Ironically, Obama seems to have only carried districts that did not require voter identification as a requirement to cast a ballot.  Go figure!

I don’t really understand the resistance to voter identification laws unless the supposedly altruistic people resisting are really worried that their fraudulent practices will be uncovered or thwarted in the process.  We don’t live in a day and age in which common people can’t read and write.  Thanks to (or maybe despite) public education, these very basic skills are taught to virtually everyone in our society while they are still very young.  I’m sure there are exceptions, but we are not peasants living in medieval Europe.  The vast majority in our society now know how to read and write or, at the very least, know somebody that can read and write and will help them through whatever form or process they need to negotiate.  It is in the realm of possibility, but it is not likely, that we will come up against a situation at the polling station where the identification requirement is an insurmountable obstacle that will prohibit the poor, lost soul from exercising their right to vote.   We would be hard put to find at the polling station a poor, humble bare-foot farmer with no education and perhaps a mental disability that keeps him or her from fully understanding any modern processes and who has lived on the very edge of civilization without partaking in any of the modern requirements to register births, weddings, deaths, driver privileges, pay bills etc., such that they can produce absolutely no modern, demonstrable proof of their existence.  Even among homeless people, you would be hard put to find someone in this boat.

So I have serious doubts about those that resist the voter identification and their claims of burden to the voters.  There must be, therefore, something else going on here, perhaps widespread fraud perpetrated by Democratic party operatives across our nation.  Even prior to the election, there were reports of Democrat-minded voters who were caught trying to vote in multiple precincts, just as they boasted openly that they would do.  Moreover, there are so many bizarre numbers for Obama in Democrat controlled precincts once the voting started, many reporting numbers in the high 90s, which is absurd no matter where you take a measurement.  The government-is-god socialists could not plan out a precinct like that which would only be filled with people of one view-point.  The KKK couldn't even pull off this feat of geographic purity during their demented era of broad influence.  Not even the many Gerry-mandering sessions of Congress could pull off such demographic purity.  The percentage of voter turn-out in many of these Democrat-controlled districts is astronomical and defies the bounds of believability, miraculously exceeding all numbers recorded in past elections for voter distribution, and even exceeding the number of known, registered voters that are on the rolls. How do you get more than 100 percent?  If absolutely everyone votes, which has never happened and never will happen based on the countless contingencies that impact our daily lives, then you have 100 percent of the vote, which is in the realm of possibility, although not in the realm of reality.  How do you get beyond the totality of everyone? How can you have more people than everybody in your population group? Do some get extra credit for their vote?  Do some of the votes count a shade more than one based on the voter’s position in the community or how good they have been in the last year?

Even before the polls were opened, there were already reports and documentation of military vote suppression even reported by the complicit major media outlets.  There were also illegal hijinks reported of very enthusiastic Democrat officials on the day of the election who were also acting as polling station officials.  This is, of course, a recipe for disaster when you put the fox in charge of the hen house, but there may be no way around it.  Many of these Democrat polling officials were wearing Obama or Democrat hats, shirts, or buttons right at the registration tables that voters had to go through to have their votes counted, which is not only illegal but defies common courtesy even if you don’t know the law.  Now, some people might be naive enough to believe that such folks, although misguided, might still be on the up-and-up, dedicated to the democratic process, despite all the blatant blinking signals to the contrary even at the sacrosanct point of voter verification immediately preceding the cast of the ballot.  But there is still the problem of proven, open, accountable processes that should be carried out for all to see and verify.  Much of the vote counting and verification is carried out behind closed doors by officials of only one of the political parties and nobody from the other party.  When you get behind closed doors, shady things can happen and do happen.  Remember Florida in 2004?

I am very concerned about our country right now.  I think we may have passed a point of no return in which too many of our citizens don’t care about right and wrong anymore and will do anything to grab and maintain power within their political party.  And if we are that far gone, just as all the signs suggest, then what can we possibly do?  Psalm 11:3 asks that very question:  “If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?”  In the very next verse, the rhetorical question is answered.  “The Lord is in his holy temple, the Lord's throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.”  The meaning of the verse seems clear enough.  Although we may fret, wring our hands, and worry openly that everything is falling to pieces, that our world is coming apart, God is unmoved, unimpressed by the most chaotic of circumstances here on earth.  He is in control and remains as He was before recorded history and will remain throughout eternity:  He is serene and confident in His tremendous, indescribable power as He sits upon His throne.  There is nothing outside of the reach of His power.  So as we rest in Him for all things, we should remain calm with the peace that passes all understanding, no matter what terrible or chaotic things we see in these days.

The thing we only can do is give vote to the person but at the end of the day decision is in God’s hand. We being a human only plan things but executions of the plan in the hand of God. That is why we say destiny matters a lot in our life. Our life based on our destiny.

I'm a retired soldier, having spent 23 years of my life serving our country, actually 30 years when you count the reserve and National Guard time as well.  I believe in servant leaders, following the example of our Lord, and I believe in giving back to the troops once one has attained a certain status or level of success in life.  But I also believe in fighting back against corruption and incompetence wherever you find it if it hurts people.  Our national values were worth dying for.  They are also worth living for.  A man or woman can actually live a life by these principles of humility, service, love, duty, and honor, and have a significant impact on the world around them...if you have the dedication to see it through.
